An Anti-racist Approach

 
 

We believe that in order to confront racial bias and dismantle the systems that perpetuate injustice, we must approach all of our work through an anti-racist lens. This includes acknowledging the impact of privilege and oppression, confronting acts of discrimination, and working with our clients to recognize bias.
